- Cash on Delivery (COD):
You can pay the order value in cash upon receiving the product from the delivery representative. - Payment by bank transfer:
We offer the option of direct transfer to our bank account. The transfer receipt will be sent to customer service to confirm the order. - Payment via electronic payment services (if available):
If electronic payment is enabled via approved payment gateways, The customer will be able to pay using a bank card or electronic wallets.
2. Payment currency
- All prices displayed in the store are in Yemeni Riyals (YER), and are updated periodically according to the region.

- In case of electronic payment or bank transfer, It may take 24-48 business hours to confirm the transaction.

- We do not store your payment card data on our servers.
5. Invoices and receipts
- An electronic invoice will be issued to the customer immediately after the purchase is completed.
- In case of cash on delivery, A paper invoice is delivered with the product.
6. Cancel the order and get a refund
- If you wish to cancel the order after payment, You can contact customer service before shipping the product.
- If the order has already been shipped, It is dealt with according to the exchange and return policy.
