At Al-Azzi Trading, we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality products. If the product you receive doesn’t meet your expectations or you encounter a problem with it, we offer a clear and easy return and exchange policy.

1. Return Terms

You can request a return of the product in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • There is a manufacturing defect or a defect in performance within the warranty period.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and invoice.
  • Products that have been used, broken, or damaged due to misuse are not covered by our return policy.

2. Replacement Terms

  • You can exchange the product for another one if it does not suit you or if you want to change the color/model.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • The customer shall bear the price difference, if any.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.

3. Return and exchange mechanism

  1. Contact customer service via phone or email to submit a return/exchange request.
  2. Specify the reason for the request and attach photos of the product if necessary.
  3. The product is received from the customer after coordination with our team or contracted shipping companies.
  4. In case of return: The amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method within a period of 7-14 working days after receiving and inspecting the product.
  5. In case of exchange: The replacement product will be sent after the first product is received and inspected.

4. Exceptions

  • Special offers and discounts may not include returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Some electrical products that have been operated are not eligible for return if they are free of defects.
