If the product you receive doesn&#8217;t meet your expectations or you encounter a problem with it, we offer a clear and easy return and exchange policy.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Return and exchange mechanism<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact customer service via phone or email to submit a return\/exchange request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specify the reason for the request and attach photos of the product if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is received from the customer after coordination with our team or contracted shipping companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of return: The amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method within a period of <strong>7-14 working days<\/strong> after receiving and inspecting the product. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of exchange: The replacement product will be sent after the first product is received and inspected. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
